Have your parcels delivered to a POPStation near you, no more missed deliveries, rushing for closing times and the need to queue at post offices. POPStations allow you to collect a parcel at a time and place convenient and discreet for you.

3. How does POPStation work?

 

After you have completed your order, select POPStation as your preferred delivery address and choose the location most convenient for you. You will receive a sms and email notification once the parcel is delivered to your Popstation and you can pop down to collect it 24/7. 4. How long does it take for my order to be delivered to the POPStation?

 

For Popstation delivery, customer must submit order by 5pm and the package will be deliver on the next working day to Singpost. Order submitted after 5pm will be process on the next working day. If you did not indicate the Popstation collection location when submit your order, please send an email to update us.

 

Please note that after we have delivered your package to the post office, Singapore post need at least 2 working days to send your package to your preferred Popstation location. You will receive a SMS and email notification once the package is delivered to your preferred Popstation and you can pop down to collect it 24/7 and must be collect within 5 days.

 


 

5. How much time do I have to collect my parcel from the POPStation?

 

You will have 5 days from the time you receive the sms/email notification or the Delivery Advice to collect your parcel from the designated Popstation. If you fail to collect your parcel within 5 days of receiving a notification, your parcel will be sent to the post office at Singapore Post Centre.
 

 
6. Can i pay for my order at the POPStations?
 
  
Currently we do not accept cash on delivery using Popstation, all customers need to submit order on our website and make payment by credit card or fund transfer.
 

 
7. What methods of payment does POPStation accept?
 
POPStations accepts NETS and EZ-Link currently with no transaction charges. Major Credit Cards soon. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment.
